A message from David Rice, President – Democratic Club South of the Broad: Welcome fellow Democrats and those of you interested in our South of the Broad Club! We are pleased that you are visiting our website. The Club is an organization of some 500 active Democrats in Hilton Head, Bluffton and nearby locales south of the Broad River. Along with the Sun City Club and North of the Broad Club, we are a part of the Beaufort County Democratic Party. We are excited about the Democratic Party's overwhelming victory in the 2008 presidential election and will be actively promoting the Democratic agenda in 2010.
